Nuke Week 9

Today’s Nuke class, i have learnt planar tracker and use ZBlur and ZDefocus. At the very beginning, Mr.Glonzalo teach us how to make Node Graph orderly and correctly, he put some examples to show us which is correct nodes’ order and also the wrong examples.

The next is Shuffler Node, in the origin, some of the pictures doesn’t have depth color or in alpha channel, the rgb color can’t show the actual number, so we need to use shuffler node and put the depth on the B side and connect to the RGB channel.

Planar tracker :

Planar tracker is very useful, because we can easily to track and change the images from the Planar tracker node. We firstly need to Roto the area which we want to change, and then track this sequences from the 1st frame until the end.

After that, we need to open the Display_grid_line and the Correct_plane to fix the shape of the roto manually from the first frame, because if we change them from the another frame, it will be nothing changed in the beginning and may transform the shape incorrectly.

We need to create CornerPin node like other tracker node, set to input and connect to the image which we wan to use, then merge with the original video.

If there are something block the Roto during tracking, we can add one more Planar tracker and merge them together.

Defocus and ZBlur:

Defocus and ZBlur are very fresh to me, these are very interesting node, i can use Ramp node to control the blur area, and i also can use zDefous to control the focus point so that the area around the focus point is very clean and the other area are blur, this is quite useful.
